Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By utilizing our website and services, you are agreeing to abide by these Terms. If any part of these terms is disagreeable to you, then accessing the service is not permitted.

The Services

Service Overview: Easytrip.ai offers a free online platform where users can optimize their travel plans. Users provide their travel dates and destination, and Easytrip.ai assists in scheduling activities, and meals based on user preferences, location. Users select a minimum number of daily activities, and Easytrip.ai generates an itinerary tailored to their tastes. Users can also provide accommodation details for location-based planning and specify dietary restrictions for personalized meal recommendations. Please note, Easytrip.ai is not liable for any consequences related to Suggestions of meals or any booking services.
Complementary Services: Users can share freely content related to their intended destinations to facilitate trip planning. Users must have authorization to share this content. Easytrip.ai does not track trips. Users can also share their trip plans with others through the Community Trips tab by opting in.
User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for all decisions made regarding their travel schedule, as it is customized to their preferences. Activities, accommodations, and meals are selected by the user, and no claims can be made against Easytrip.ai for these choices. Easytrip.ai does NOT offer any booking services directly.

Privacy, Security & Data Protection

Easytrip.ai respects user privacy and is committed to protecting personal information, as outlined in the Privacy Policy. Interactions with our platform are secure and confidential, adhering to Washington state’s privacy regulations. Cutting-edge security measures are employed to safeguard your personal data. Easytrip.ai will NEVER share user data with any third parties without consent, except where necessary for service provision (for example, your email, destination…). All data is acquired and utilized in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined by each third-party service.

ML API Usage

EasyTrip.AI utilizes different ML API including openAI technology to generate distinct and personalized trip itineraries. By utilizing our services, you acknowledge that the itineraries generated are powered by this technology.

Access and Registration

To use Easytrip.ai, users must log in with their Email or Facebook or Google account and agree to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookies Policy.
Regarding account security, users are responsible for securing their account information and must notify Easytrip.ai immediately if their account is compromised. Users are liable for all actions taken under their account.

Your Responsibilities, Obligations & Forbiden activities

As a user, it is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account and password, as well as oversee all activities conducted under your account.
Users must use the website and their account responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws, good faith, and public order.
Users must NOT use their account or the website for illegal purposes, harm third-party rights, any commercial activities or disrupt the website’s functionality.
Users must not harvest, collect, or attempt to collect personal data about other users without their consent. This includes using automated means, such as robots, spiders, or scrapers, to gather data from the website.
Any user found engaging in prohibited activities will be subject to immediate suspension or termination of their account without prior notice. Easytrip.ai reserves the right to pursue legal action against individuals or entities that violate these terms, including seeking damages and injunctive relief.
Users who observe any violation of these terms should report it to Easytrip.ai immediately by contacting us at the provided email address. Easytrip.ai will investigate all reports and take appropriate action, including removing or disabling access to any content that violates these terms or the law.

Fair Use Policy & Usage Limits

Responsible Usage: Users are expected to utilize EasyTrip.AI’s resources responsibly and ethically. Excessive demands on our system that negatively impact service availability for others are not permitted.
Limitations on Automated Queries: Automated querying of our platform, including the use of bots or other automated systems for data extraction, is strictly prohibited unless expressly permitted by EasyTrip.AI.
Reasonable Limits: To prevent abuse and ensure fair access to all users, EasyTrip.AI imposes reasonable limits on the number of travel plans and queries that can be made within certain time frames.
Token Usage: Each travel plan created may consume tokens from your monthly or yearly subscription allotment. We encourage users to plan judiciously to maximize their available tokens.

Compliance and Conduct

Adherence to Laws: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using EasyTrip.AI’s services.
No Misuse of Services: The services provided by EasyTrip.AI should not be used for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
Violations of these terms may result in restricted access to our services or termination of your account. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a high-quality, fair, and secure environment for all our users.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold Easytrip.ai harmless from any claims, lawsuits, or damages arising from breaches of these terms, violations of applicable laws, or issues related to trip planning and execution.

Interllectual Property

Ownership of Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights associated with the Easytrip.ai website and its services, including but not limited to, inventions, patents, patent applications, trademarks, trade names, copyrightable materials, graphics, text, designs, specifications, methods, procedures, algorithms, data, technical data, interactive features, system scripts, images, photos, sounds, music, videos, source code, object code, files, interface designs, trade secrets, and other proprietary materials (collectively referred to as “Intellectual Property”), are either owned by or licensed to Easytrip.ai. These rights are protected by copyright, trademark, patent laws, and other applicable intellectual property laws worldwide.
- Modification or Derivative Works: Modifying, creating derivative works of, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to extract the source code of any part of the website or its services.
- Copying and Distribution: Reproducing, copying, distributing, or transmitting any part of the website, its content, or its services for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Easytrip.ai.
- Commercial Exploitation: Exploiting any part of the website or its services for commercial gain, including reselling access to the website or its services or using the website for any commercial purpose without authorization.

  User Rights and Restrictions: Authorization to access the Easytrip.ai website and use its services does not grant users any ownership or rights to the intellectual property of Easytrip.ai or its licensors, except as expressly provided herein. Users are strictly prohibited from:
Content and Image Use on Social Media: Users may voluntarily provide Easytrip.ai with social media content, such as TikTok videos or Instagram reels, related to their experiences using Easytrip.ai’s services. By submitting such content, users grant Easytrip.ai the right to use, reproduce, and share this content on its social media channels and website for promotional purposes, without compensation. Users agree that Easytrip.ai may use their likeness, voice, and performance in these materials and that this usage does not infringe on any rights, including privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
User Responsibilities and Indemnification: Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any content they upload or share on the Easytrip.ai platform does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. Users agree to indemnify and hold Easytrip.ai harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from any third-party claims that the content provided by the user infringes on their intellectual property or other rights.
Removal of Content: Easytrip.ai reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove or disable access to any content that violates these terms or that may pose a risk of legal liability. Users acknowledge and agree that Easytrip.ai is not required to provide prior notice before removing content but will make reasonable efforts to inform users after the removal.
Infringement Reporting: If you believe that any content on the Easytrip.ai website infringes on your intellectual property rights, you may submit a written notification to Easytrip.ai’s designated agent with the following information:
- A description of the intellectual property right that you claim has been infringed.
- A description of the content on the Easytrip.ai website that you claim infringes on your intellectual property.

Any such license will be provided in writing and will strictly limit the use of the trademarks to the approved purposes. Users must not use Easytrip.ai’s trademarks in a way that could harm its reputation or mislead others about the relationship between the user and Easytrip.ai. Any unauthorized use of Easytrip.ai’s trademarks may result in legal action.
Protection of Easytrip.ai’s Intellectual Property: Easytrip.ai is committed to protecting its intellectual property and will take all necessary legal actions to enforce its rights. Unauthorized use of Easytrip.ai’s intellectual property is a violation of these terms and may result in termination of user accounts, legal proceedings, and the pursuit of damages and other available remedies.
User-Generated Content: Users who upload, submit, or share content (such as photos, videos, reviews, or other materials) through the Easytrip.ai platform assert that they have the legal rights to do so. By sharing content on the platform, users grant Easytrip.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the website and Easytrip.ai’s business, including promoting and redistributing part or all of the website in any media formats and through any media channels.
Third-Party Content and Links: Easytrip.AI website & app may display content, links, and photos sourced from third-party applications or other external sources for previewing purposes. It is important to note that Easytrip.AI does not own these third-party contents and has no control over their applications, services, or content. If you have any concerns, including requests for content removal, reports of abuse, or copyright-related issues, please contact our legal team for assistance.

Liability Limitation

While we strive to deliver exemplary services, we do NOT provide guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information furnished on the website.
Easytrip.ai provides a tool and platform for travel planning & optimization but is not responsible for executing travel plans, booking tours, hotels, or restaurants. Users interact with third parties at their own risk. While we facilitate the organization of trips by offering itinerary suggestions, our role is limited to displaying information and providing tools to aid in planning. Easytrip.ai itself does not offer or execute any touristic services, including but not limited to booking tours, hotels, or restaurants. The actual execution of the trip, including booking and participation in activities, is solely the responsibility of the user. For any complaints, please refer directly to the service providers.
External Website Responsibility: By using our website or application, the User acknowledges that Easytrip.AI has no control over the content or availability of external websites. The User further agrees that Easytrip.ai is not responsible for the availability, content, services, advertisements, products, or materials offered on or accessible through external websites. Easytrip.AI does not endorse, and is not liable for, any content or services provided by external websites.
User Risk: Users acknowledge that when engaging with Easytrip.ai’s services, they do so entirely at their own risk. Easytrip.ai is not responsible for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, or for any other direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages that may result from the use of or inability to use our services, even if Easytrip.ai has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes any damages arising from reliance on the information provided on our platform or through interactions with third-party service providers linked through our platform.
No Service Provision: Users recognize that Easytrip.ai does not directly offer any travel services, such as accommodation, transportation, or guided tours. The platform merely provides a means for users to organize and plan their trips. Users must independently arrange and confirm all bookings, and any issues arising from such arrangements are the responsibility of the user and the third-party service provider involved.
Liability Cap: In the unlikely event that Easytrip.ai is found liable for any loss or damage that arises out of or in connection with the use of our website or services, the total liability of Easytrip.ai shall not exceed USD 200. This limitation applies to all claims, including but not limited to claims based on contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Such changes will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued utilization of our services indicates your acceptance of all updated terms and conditions. And we retain the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without prior notice, without incurring liability to you or any third party.
